Ginar – hills is life spirit centre o nature , religious and divine life.

Hanuman Dhara is the sacred place showing abundant natural and wild – life at remote corner of Girnar – hills. This ancient temple is in the north portion of Girnar. Starting from old step from way to JataShankar going forward 3000 steps we reach at Sitavan. From Here at 1 Km. foot – track in the middle part of mountain this holy place is situated. It looks like Hill – Station with natural viewpoints all around the place.

Reaching here is mixture of Joy of trekking, Real touch of wild – life and filling of spiritual experience with positive energy. The sacred grove is having holy vibrations of the place. Nature has scenic early morning, colorful evening and beautiful moon – light here. One can fill here the loveliness of the big stones, wilderness of vast landscape of this evergreen jungle.

This natural wood is inside the sanctuary of GWS under forest Department. There is no electricity here; also the temple area is under archeology department so here no any modern development here. Girnar is ancient enough and spinal cord of spiritual history. It is strongly believed that 9 Nath, 64 Jogani and 84 sidhdh having there sit (Besana) in Girnar

There is old temple situated here One small stream falling from big rock which is ornament of place called “Hanuman Dhara” from the mouth of God hanuman the spring is fall in “kund” The pure water concentrating divine and miraculous herbal root is flowing in this holy stream.

Visit once to experience the real girnari – feeling.

ગીરનારની ગીરીમળાઓ કુદરતી સોંદર્ય, ધર્મ અને અધ્યાત્મિક જીવનનુ ચેતના કેન્દ્ર છે.

હનુમાન ધારા એ વન્ય-જીવન અને ભરપુર કુદરતી સૌંદર્ય ધરાવતું એક પવિત્ર સ્થાન છે. એ ગિરનાર પર્વતના દુર્ગમ વિસ્તારમાં આવેલું છે. આ પૌરાણિક મંદિર ગીરનારના ઉત્તર ભાગમાં આવેલું છે. જુના પગથીયાથી ચાલુ કરતાં, જટાશંકરના રસ્તેથી આગળ ૩૦૦૦ પગથીયા ચડતાં સિતાવન પહોંચાય છે. અહીં હીલ-સ્ટેશન જેવું લાગે છે, ચારે તરફ કુદરતી સૌંદર્યના દર્શન કરાવતા વ્યુ પોઇન્ટ્સ છે.

અહીં પહોંચવું એ ટ્રેકીંગના આનંદ, વન્ય-જીવનના અનુભવ અને અધ્યત્મિક અનુભુતિ સથે હકારત્મક ઊર્જા ઉત્પન્ન કરે છે. આ પવિત્ર ઉપવનમાં ગુઢ તરંગોની અનુભુતિ થય છે. કુદરતે અહિં ખુશનુમા સવાર, અહલાદક શાંજ અને ખુબસુરત ચાંદનીનો ત્રીવેણી સંગમ રચ્યો હોય તેવું લાગે છે. કોઈપણ અહિં ગીરનારના પહાડો, શિલાઓ, અવનવા કુદરતી દ્રશ્યોનો અનુભવ કરી શકે છે.

આ કુદરતી વૃક્ષમંદિર સમાન જગ્યા, જંગલ ખાતાના રક્ષીત વિસ્તારમાં એટલે કે "ગીરનાર વાઇલ્ડ લાઇફ સેન્ચૂરી" માં આવેલ છે. અહીં ઈલેક્ટ્રીસીટી પહોંચી નથી. આ મંદિર ભારતના પુરાતત્વ ખાતા દ્વારા રક્ષીત જાહેર કરવામાં આવેલ છે. અહીં કોઇ વિશેષ આધુનિક સુવિધાઓ ઉપલબ્ધ નથી.

ગીરનાર પર્વત એ પૂરાણ પ્રસિધ્ધ છે અને આધ્યાત્મીક ઉન્નતી માટેની કરોડરજ્જુ સમાન છે. એવું માનવામાં આવે છે કે ગીરનારની ગીરીમાળાઑમાં ૯ નાથ, ૬૪ જોગણી અને ૮૪ સીધ્ધોના બેસણાં છે.

અહીં મંદિરની પાછળના ભાગે એક ઝરણું ગીરનારની જડીબૂટ્ટીઓના અર્ક સમાન છે. ગીરનારની શીલાઓ વચ્ચેથી આવતું આ ઝરણું જેને "હનુમાન ધારા" કહેવામાં આવે છે. ભગવાન શ્રી હનુમાનજી ના મુખમાંથી પાણી કુન્ડમાં પડે છે. ગીરનારની અદભુત જડીબૂટ્ટીઓ અને વૃક્ષોના મુખમાંથી આવતું આ ઝરણું વિશુધ્ધ પાણીનો આસ્વાદ આપે છે.

આ બાબતો આપને જણાવવાનો શુધ્ધ હેતુ એ આ જગ્યાને ચોખ્ખી અને સંરક્ષીત રાખીને ભવિષ્યની પેઢી માટે સાંચવવાનો છે. આવા સંસ્કૃતિના ધરોહર ધરાવતા સ્થાનો જે તે સ્થિતિમાં જળવાય રહે તે આપણાં સમાજ માટે જરૂરી છે. આવા દુર્ગમ સ્થળે આવતા ઉત્સાહી મુલાકાતીઓને ઉપયોગી થવાનો હેતુ છે.
